Financial Information
Patients are responsible for payment for their procedure one week prior to their date of surgery. Patients having aesthetic procedures are responsible for payment of their procedure. Acceptable forms of payment include: VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express, no personal checks.
For insurance covered procedures, we will bill your health insurance plan. For the portion of the fee that is your responsibility, you may make payment by VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or cashier’s check. Your surgeon’s office will forward your insurance card and appropriate information to the center, the center will verify your benefits, please be certain any required prior authorization is obtained when your procedure is scheduled.
The Surgicenter fees include the cost of the facility usage, medical supplies, medication, staffing and recovery time. Your surgeon will bill you separately for your surgical procedure. You may also receive bills for the following: anesthesia treatment provided by the anesthesiologist, pathology services if specimens or cultures were taken during your procedure.
